Diamond Core Bit Ø 112 mm Speed Dry

High-speed diamond core bit Ø 112 mm – specialist for concrete & reinforced concrete

The ultimate solution for the toughest jobs on site: our Ø 112 mm Speed diamond core bit was developed especially for dry drilling in concrete and reinforced concrete. Perfectly matched to modern drilling machines with switchable soft impact (micro impact), this professional core bit even cuts through fine steel reinforcement in concrete – completely without water cooling.

Extremely robust segments & active dust removal via spiral

When drilling in concrete, extremely fine, aggressive dust is produced that quickly jams the core bit. The integrated spiral body on the bit tube works like a conveyor screw and actively carries the drilling dust backwards. The laser-welded high-end segments feature a special, highly concentrated diamond matrix. In combination with the micro impact of the machine, the segments re-sharpen themselves, which prevents burn-out and guarantees maximum service life in concrete.

Your advantages at a glance:

• Optimised for reinforced concrete: cuts reinforced concrete and hard aggregates using the dry method.
• Special segments for soft impact: permanent self-sharpening through the mechanical micro-impacts of the machine.
• Active spiral body: reliable removal of concrete dust prevents seizing in the hole.
• Maximum safety: laser-welded segments for maximum tear resistance when hitting steel.

Technical data & areas of application:

• Diameter: Ø 112 mm (ideal for switch and flush-mounted boxes)
• Application: concrete, reinforced concrete (lightly to normally reinforced), hard washed concrete, old concrete.
• Application: for dry drilling with soft impact / micro impact only.
• Tool holder: 1 1/4 inch female thread (matching adapters available separately).
