The screw anchor is an innovative anchor system for fastening wall saws to concrete and other solid masonry. When screwed in, the screw anchor cuts a thread into the drill hole with its saw-tooth-shaped thread turns and creates a positive, expansion-free connection. With the nut (M12) the rail bracket can be set up easily for cutting.
Area of application: for fastening rail brackets of all manufacturers; normal concrete of strength class at least C20/25 and at most C50/60, as well as solid sand-lime brick, perforated sand-lime brick, clay brick and lightweight concrete.
Note: Thanks to the test sleeve, the screw anchors can be reused several times for fastening rail brackets.
Advantages:
- Approved for masonry
- Shallow drill hole depths and small drill hole diameters
- Saw teeth in the front area of the anchor ensure minimal screw-in torque
- No expansion effect, therefore small axial and edge distances
- Simple and fast push-through installation; machine setting with an impact wrench is no problem
- Immediately loadable – no waiting times
- Fastening can be completely dismantled again
- No torque control necessary
